Cannabis is a tall, leafy plant with long, five-pointed leaves. They typically grow naturally between 2 and 3 blocks tall and can be found growing in patches of 1–4 plants in the hills, forests, or plains biomes.
Look for the buds at the top of the plant. If you harvest before then you will get a lesser or no yield. You can harvest the plant like sugar cane. (The most efficient tool is the axe.)

Natural Generation[]
Cannabis plants can be found growing in small patches in sunny and vegetated areas. They can be found in hills biomes, forests, or plains biomes.
Cultivation[]
Cannabis can be farmed as a normal crop by planting its leaves on farmland. Once fully grown, they will produce buds towards the top, indicating that they can be farmed to collect cannabis buds.
Usage[]
Drying[]
Cannabis is not very useful in its default form [TBI], which is why after collecting you will want to obtain a drying table. With the drying table, both the leaves and buds can be converted into their consumable forms and used to get high either by smoking or drinking them.
Smoking[]
Both the leaves and buds of the cannabis plant can be placed inside a drying table to produce their dried variants, which the player can then smoke using a pipe, bong, or by rolling it into a joint and smoking it in that way.
Drinking[]
Cannabis leaves can be used to brew a tea that grants a reduced form of the same high the player usually gets from smoking.
Effects[]
Smoking cannabis gives the player the effects commonly associated with being "high.".
To smoke cannaabis with a pipe or bong just have the item you will smoke with selected and dried cannabis bud in your inventory, then press and hold right mouse button.
